These terms govern your use of the bizy.cy website (the "Site"). They are separate from our Terms & Conditions of Service, which govern the paid services we provide. By using the Site you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Bizy Websites, Paphos, Cyprus. Contact: contact@bizy.cy.

2. Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • use it in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its servers;
  • introduce malicious code, or place undue load on the Site;
  • scrape, copy or reuse Site content except as permitted below;
  • submit false, abusive, or unlawful content through our forms.

3. Our content and intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, design, logos, the Bizy.cy brand, graphics and code — is owned by or licensed to Bizy Websites and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not otherwise reproduce or exploit it without our written permission. Portfolio examples remain the property of their respective owners and are shown with permission or as our own work product.

4. Forms and submissions

Information you submit through Site forms is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Submitting an enquiry or order form does not create a binding contract for services — a contract is formed only as set out in our Terms & Conditions of Service.

5. Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". Prices shown are indicative ("from" pricing) and confirmed only in a written quotation. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or suspend it without notice.

6. External links

The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g. Google, TheFork, client sites). We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Cypriot law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction.
